HOW DO I CHOOSE THE MUSIC FOR MY CEREMONY?

First you should speak with your officiant about any musical restrictions they may have. (He or she may not allow secular music in a religious ceremony.) Then remember, this is your special day! Choose songs that you connect with and that hold special meaning to you. If you need help deciding, I would be more than happy to give you some suggestions and work with you to find the perfect songs.

IS SOLO VIOLIN ALL I NEED OR SHOULD I HIRE OTHER MUSICIANS?

Solo violin without accompaniment is very stunning and elegant. The violin is also beautiful when played along with other instruments, such as piano, guitar, or harp. I can help you make the best decision based on your ceremony location, number of guests, and budget. I have a guitarist and a pianist/organist who I recommend, but I can work with any musicians you choose.

CAN YOU CANTOR MY CATHOLIC CEREMONY?

Yes, I am very comfortable serving as a cantor for Catholic ceremonies. I have worked with many Catholic churches in Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati. I can help make suggestions that will be appropriate for your ceremony.

WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?

My rates vary depending on the type of wedding ceremony or event, location, and duration. Please contact me for current rate information.

HOW DO I RESERVE AND PAY FOR YOUR SERVICES?

I require a contract signature and a non-refundable 50% deposit (cash, check or Venmo) to reserve your wedding date. Until I have a contract and deposit in place, your date cannot be held. The remaining 50% balance must be paid on your wedding date. Please make arrangements to pay BEFORE your ceremony begins. You can ask a member of the wedding party or your wedding coordinator to handle payment. This eliminates the need for me to interrupt your post-ceremony picture taking and celebration!  Also, many times I need to leave immediately to perform at another wedding or event.

DO YOU NEED TO ATTEND MY REHEARSAL?

It is not necessary for me to attend your rehearsal. I have many years of experience in performing at weddings and can ensure that everything will run smoothly. If you and your wedding party feel more comfortable rehearsing with the music, I can attend for an additional fee if I am available. Please check with your officiant first to make sure that he or she will allow music at the rehearsal. Many discourage it as is distracts from their instructions.
