Hi, I'm Jessica! I'm a musician and I make wedding music planning approachable. :) In this video, I share eight important things you should tell your wedding musician before your wedding day! Professional wedding musicians should ask you several questions during the planning process, but this video will empower you to make sure you cover every detail and ensure that your wedding music goes perfectly! Here's the list: 1. Number of guests expected 2. Description of the ceremony space 3. Back-up rain plan (outdoor ceremonies only) 4. Plan for shelter from direct sun (outdoor ceremonies only) 5. In-house sound system details. If available, can the musician use it? If so, who will run sound? 6. Do you have a wedding coordinator? If not, give a physical description of the first family member to be seated. 7. Where musician should set up 8.
